Preparation:

Wash the chrysanthemum flowers, and put the flowers and tea into a cooking pot. Add about 1.5 liters of water and bring the mixture to a boiling point. Put the flame into a slim, add the goji berries or green tea and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Add honey or rock sugar. Now, remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool until it comes to room temperature. Now, drain the tea and store it in the refrigerator, serve the tea chilled and bring down summer heat instantly.
